Foodie Friday: Five cup fruit salad

I have a ton of marshmallows in my cabinet and I am not sure why. But here is what I like to do with them as soon as I feel like it is officially summer. Traditionally, you are supposed to use a "cup" of each, but I prefer to just dump in whole cans and eliminate leftover ingredients!

Five Cup Salad

1 cup of mini marshmallows (or more...can there ever be too many?!)
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup sour cream

Mix them all together and chill. Definitely good for a few days as the flavors melt together.
