Weekend fun 6/6

Now that school is out for almost all the kids, it is time to get those calendars out and fill them up with fun things to do around Columbus. A few suggestions for the upcoming weekend...

Saturday 6/6

Storybook Village at Ohio Village

Pack a picnic with food from one of the fantastic local markets, like Weilands (Clintonville), The Hills (Downtown/Worthington), or Huffman's (Arlington), and head to your favorite park.

The Turtle Lady at Franklin Park Conservatory

Summer in the 614  (Worthington)
4:00-8:30 pm

Columbus Crew game vs Montreal
7:30 pm

Sunday 6/7

Kids yoga at Harbor Yoga
2:00-3:00 (ages 5-12)

Paddle Palooza at Alum Creek

If you've never tried a food truck, track down a food truck that your kids choose.  I am working on making a list of kid-friendly food trucks, so let me know if you find any you particularly enjoy.

Don't forget to plan ahead with my giant Summer list of places to visit with the little ones!

Can't wait to see what you guys did today. We were all geared up for 6/6. We were planning on Story Book Village today... BUT instead we headed to storytime at Scioto Audubon park. What a treat! The stories were great; the bird watching was in peak; walking by the river and exploring the park was delightful. They have storytime every Thursday and Saturday at 10am.
